About Chris

 

Chris Lagerlof is a strategic thinker, builder, project specialist, motivator, organizational guru and experienced leader. His passion is to help organizations move forward by maximizing their focus, clarity and performance. Prior to launching HI-DEF Consulting and Solutions, Chris worked for 17 years as a Pastor and Champion of several ministries at Mariners Church in Irvine, CA. His experience, expertise and joy of seeing others “get it” are what motivated Chris to consult, coach and ignite individuals, churches and businesses. Chris’s 17 years of experience in leadership has helped him develop and refine ideas, strategies and tactics to help individuals at all levels of an organization grow, change and move ahead.

Chris is a frequent speaker at conferences and churches on the topics of strategic planning, small groups, storytelling and evangelism. Chris lives in Irvine, CA with his wife Kristen and their two daughters Tessa and Mandy.

Chris currently serves as the California Catalyst for Vision360, which is an interdenominational church planting movement that exists to saturate influential and rapidly growing cities around the world with impacting churches. Chris is helping Vision360 in its mission to serve and empower a collaborative church planting movement in the world’s 500 largest cities.

Chris is certified as a Results-Based Conversation (RbCTM) Facilitator by the Wildworks Group. RbCTM are custom collaborative sessions that are typically 1-2 day, off-site working sessions involving groups from 20 to over 100 participants. The sessions are custom designed to meet the specific needs of the group and organization, they are conducted in a mobile collaborative environment that is set up to enhance and complement the collaborative work. Custom sessions may be conducted as standalone events or may be integrated into an ongoing company initiative or process, or scheduled as part of a company’s annual planning cycle.
