Chris is certified as a Results-Based Conversation (RbCTM) Facilitator by the Wildworks Group.
RbCTM are custom collaborative sessions that are typically 1-2 day, off-site working sessions involving groups from 20 to over 100 participants. The sessions are custom designed to meet the specific needs of the group and organization, they are conducted in a mobile collaborative environment that is set up to enhance and complement the collaborative work. Custom sessions may be conducted as standalone events or may be integrated into an ongoing company initiative or process, or scheduled as part of a company’s annual planning cycle.
